Welcome to Bethany Camp

Bethany Camp is a year-round Christian camp and retreat center located in the foothills of Western NY that has been operating since 1952. We are blessed to have 213 beautiful acres of land covered with trees, creeks and lakes located outside of Sinclairville, NY.  In addition to 7 weeks of Summer Camp for kids, teens and families, we also run retreats and host guest groups year round for people of all ages to enjoy a great camp experience. During each year, we serve over 5,000 campers and guests! Our newly built cabins provide comfortable, clean, all season accommodations for up to 275.

Bethany Camp exists to "Create an Environment for Spiritual Growth and Change." Our Staff is committed to living out this mission by creating a purposeful and relevant camping experience for campers, families and guest groups. Fun and excitement of games and activities, great freshly made food, the relaxation of spending time with friends and family, all combined with worshipping our Great Lord and Savior, provide something for everyone to enjoy here at Bethany Camp!

End of the Year Giving Campaign

The year 2024 has been filled with many blessings, as well as a few challenges. God continues to give us the privilege of sharing the gospel and encouraging many to grow in their walk with the Lord. The spring season was busy with retreats and planning for summer camp. Our summer was full of spiritual fruit, and the fall retreat season also brought many opportunities to partner with incredible churches who spent weekends at Bethany Camp.

While we have experienced many blessings, we have also faced some discouragement, losing several key staff members this year. We continue to pray for God’s direction and guidance as we work to fill these positions.

This year has also been a season of hard work on the new Strawberry Fieldhouse—an exciting, large project! Over the past several years, many people have sacrificially given to help us move this project forward. To complete the building, we estimated we needed $500,000. Just last week, one of our supporting churches voted to give $20,000 as a matching gift, bringing us to our goal! Praise the Lord for this provision.

Now, as we move toward completing the structure, we still need around $100,000 for furnishings and finishing touches. We are asking for your help in our end-of-year campaign to raise an additional $20,000 toward this matching gift, which will provide a strong foundation for the final phase of the project. This building will open so many new doors for ministry such as a new indoor recreation space, additional meeting space, more gathering spaces for small groups and a larger Bistro area. We believe it will enhance our ability to serve in the future.

Please prayerfully consider joining us in what God is doing at Bethany Camp. Your partnership makes all the difference!
