Greg began his ministry here at Bethany Camp in February of 2004, and has over 25 years experience in camping ministry. Greg graduated with a degree in physical education from Cedarville University, and has a wide range of life experience. Greg has spent time as a camp director, Christian School teacher, a UPS shift manager, and overseeing an onion shipping operation. At Bethany, he provides vision and direction for the ministry, gives guidance for future projects among many other tasks. He is a certified lifeguard instructor, has a large amount of knowledge in the area of construction, and food service. Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, their seven children, golfing, and cheering for his beloved Ohio State Buckeyes.

Stephanie is our Food Service Director, and Office Manager. She feels blessed to be back serving at the same camp she grew up attending. Whether it be cooking, cleaning cabins, planning events for rental groups, making t-shirts, shopping for the camp, becoming a certified lifeguard instructor to help Greg certify our lifeguards, Stephanie is always willing to jump in where needed. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, thrift store shopping, and reading a good book whenever she can!
Wally & Donna
Wally & Donna Frank are full-time volunteers at Bethany Camp. They have been serving here since 2009 in many different roles. Wally is the guy that does many of the behind the scenes jobs. Whether it's running the floor scrubber, cleaning cabins, washing dishes, mowing yards, or making sure the camp is nice & warm, you can always find him serving faithfully with a joyful heart!
Donna is the person who keeps Bethany Camp looking beautiful! She spends many hours working the flower beds all throughout the camp. She is always willing to step in & help with things in the office or make the trek into town to get supplies when need! We are very thankful for Wally & Donna's service to this ministry!

Madi has brought the vibes out of targets home decor section and into Bethany Camp. Along with the good vibes, she brings her knack for organization, and her talent in the kitchen. She works tirelessly in the office, and pours her blood, sweat, and tears (but not really for health code reasons) into the meals. Despite being a new face around Bethany Camp, she's bought in, and ready to pour her heart and soul into the meals, program, and anywhere else she can help.
Christian Meeder

Christian is a familiar face around Bethany Camp, starting alongside Nate Rogers as a part of the summer leadership staff in 2021. Since he's started as contract staff, he's put his degree in biblical studies to use, working on chapel preparation for summer camp 2025. He's always down to talk philosophy, theology, or politics. When he's not talking about one of those things, he's probably busy talking about the Buffalo Bills or football in general. He loves camp and is excited to be here, helping in whatever way he can.
Sam Brown

Sam is quite literally the heart of our internship staff. He is a disciplined, focused, and hard working person with a passion for deep dives into relationships. He is secretly writing a novel, but it's not a secret because he will tell you about it if you ask. He is an excellent member of our team and he is more than happy to make you coffee, sit for a chat, or help you with anything you need while you are here. Just make sure to take off your shoes in his apartment!
Nate Rogers

Nate Rogers has been a staple of the Bethany Camp leadership staff since he started working in the summer of 2021. Since, he's established his reputation for being a goofy, athletic, but incredibly deep thinking and hard working person. With a cup of coffee in his hand, and his guitar slung across his back, he's ready to make his mark and work for the growth and betterment of Bethany Camp. Be on the lookout for white coffee cups scattered around camp... Chances are, they're his!

If Madi brought the home decor section from target, Sydney brought the entire clothing department. With camera in hand, she's ready to seize the moment and snap a photo. Always down for anything, her upbeat personality and energetic demeanor keep Bethany Camp a lively place year round.
